I have been a student of yoga, nutrition and energy since 2004 when I fell in love with the possibility of feeling great in mind, body and soul. My passion and purpose is to guide students to reconnect with their bodies through creative movement and breath.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Ottawa in 2016 and immediately afterwards completed an additional 35 hour vinyasa flow training. In 2018, I completed a 75 hour Kula flow advanced teacher training in the United States. Kula flow is a style of vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on intelligent body alignment and creative sequencing. Kula Flow yoga is primarily based out of NYC and Los Angeles.

Experience a vinyasa class with me and I will share with you this healing art and all it’s powerful benefits. Yoga is ‘food for the soul’ and will not only strengthen your body and improve flexibility it will open your heart and leave you craving more. I truly consider yoga to be an elixir of youth.

I can be found weekly at Yogatown on Preston, teaching clients privately in their homes and on Zoom each Saturday morning.

I have recently completed a training locally in the ancient healing practice of Reiki. Ask me about private 30 minute or hour long sessions to help you feel more balanced and relaxed.
