For the last 5 years, my great love and passion in life has been the art of yoga. In a world with so much disconnection and distraction, the physical practice of yoga keeps me connected to my body, which allows me to feel more connected to the world and to people around me. With one deep inhale and exhale I can often bring myself back into the present moment; breath is magical that way. I enjoy being physical and I also love meditation so the moving meditation of yoga is really a perfect combination. Yoga calms me, gives me more energy and has facilitated my physical strength.
